Weirdigans use organic produce, fair-trade where possible, and try to source fresh ingredients locally. We use real cutlery and crockery, not disposables, and recycle/compost as much of our waste as we can. We adapt our menu to suit the event. We always provide a range of hot drinks and home-made cakes, and can produce everything from simple vegetarian/vegan snacks to a full-on feast. We also run organic bars at private events - real ale from a small organic brewer, organic wines and ciders, organic spirits when we can get them with pure organic juices/cordials and sodas as mixers.
