Weirdigans uses exclusively organic produce, fair-trade where possible, and we try to source fresh ingredients locally. None of our food contains genetically-modified ingredients. At festivals we usually serve made-to-order vegetarian light meals and snacks, baked-on-site cakes and non-alcoholic drinks. We aim to provide homely, healthy food made from top quality ingredients. We also run organic bars at private events - real ale from a small organic brewer, organic wines and ciders, organic spirits when we can get them with pure organic juices/cordials and sodas as mixers.
