Known as Dave-the-Boat or Boaty, to distinguish him from Smiley Dave, he used to live in a narrow boat on the river Lee, before moving into the Zion Housing Co-op in Hebden Bridge. Dave is a freelance Life Coach and cabaret performer; he can sort out your life and make you laugh at the same time. He likes playing with fire (poi, staff, clubs & great balls of...) and has a tendency to tell very silly jokes. Dave dabbles with being a Weirdigan between stints as a fire-eater, a Grecian statue, a giant snowman and a variety of other colourful, ridiculous and gorgeous characters. He's a very talented man.
